I am a PhD from the University of Copenhagen currently working as a post doc level research assistant at the Center for Macroecology, Evolution and Climate, and the Sustainability Science Centre at the University of Copenhagen. My research combines macroecological analysis on the biological effects of global environmental change with a solution-oriented focus to increase sustainability of food, health, natural resource and environmental systems through strategies of applied evolutionary biology. I have a strong international interest in transdisciplinary science and science-policy expressed through the co-founding and leadership of the International Network of Next-Generation Ecologists, governing board membership of the International Association for Ecology and current leadership of University of Copenhagen’s PhD club in Sustainability Science.
